As of always, ICCEMS 2024 offers the authors the virtual/online presentation facilities which has become popular during COVID-19 pandemic.
Brief steps for virtual/online presentation:

Narrated powerpoint slides using Microsoft® Powerpoint® narration recording or Video recordings (.avi, .mp4, and .flv) of virtual presentations will be played at the related session, and presenters will be connected via Google Meeting. Thus, the audiences will be able to ask their questions to the presenter of the virtual presentation. Time allocated for the virtual presentations is at least 10 mins for video recordings and 3 mins for the discussion session. The final version of the virtual presentations ought to be submitted at least one week before the event, for technical arrangements.
By sending an e-mail to the information office of the conference, you can submit your video recordings. Video size is kindly requested to be at most 100 Mb. On the day of the conference, the corresponding author will be invited to the meeting through an emailed link. We will be using Google Meeting as the online presentation platform. If you are going to present using your smart phone, you are recommended to install google meet app.
It is recommended to use Microsoft® Powerpoint® or Camtasia Studio® program for video recordings. You can watch a sample video template prepared for video recordings and easily prepare your virtual presentations. You can use Camtasia Studio program freely within 30 days.
